Ready to turn your extra games into cash or boosted Store Credit? Our Mail-In Trade-In program makes it easy to trade your collection from the comfort of your setup—no grinding required. Below is the full process, step-by-step, so you know exactly what to expect.

✅ How Our Mail-In Trade-In Works

1) Build Your Trade-In List Using Our Tool : Click Here 

  • Start by using our online trade-in tool to list everything you’re sending in.
  • Add your games and systems to your trade list
  • In many cases, you’ll see an estimated payout immediately
  • Some items may not have instant pricing — no worries! Once you submit your trade list, we’ll look those up and offer a current, fair market price and finalize our offer.

💡 Pro tip: Our tool groups item conditions into 3 categories:

  • Game Only (disc only / cartridge only)
  • Complete (includes original artwork, manual, case and any pack-in items.)
  • Brand New (original seal on item)

And YES! — we do accept disc-only and cartridge-only trades!

2) Ship Your Items to Us via UPS!

Once your trade list is complete, we’ll provide you with the shipping label to ship your items via UPS.  We cover the shipping costs (if the trade value is over $25.)

📦 You ship the items to us.  Box up your games, seal the package, and drop off with the provided label as your local UPS drop spot.  We cover the shipping fees.

3) We Inspect + Verify Everything (Within 7 Days - most of the time even quicker!)

After your package arrives, our team will inspect and verify your items.

⏱ We process all trade-ins within 7 days of receipt.
We’ll confirm:

  • The item powers on and/or works correctly
  • It’s in good cosmetic condition
  • It includes enough components to test/function/operate
  • Matches the condition selected on your trade-in list (don't worry we will just if needed)

✅ Your items do NOT need to be complete, but they must include what we need to confirm functionality. 

4) We Send You Your Final Offer

Once everything is checked, we’ll send you the finalized offer based on your listed items and verified condition.

5) Choose Your Payment Method

Once you approve the final offer, you will choose how you want to get paid:

💸 PayPal — fast, direct payout - we just need your PayPal email address (PayPal fees might apply!)
