At J2Games.com, we want you to shop with confidence knowing that every item we sell—whether it’s a game, system, or accessory—has been carefully tested and is backed by our customer-first return policy.
Defective Items

If an item you purchase does not function as intended, you may request an exchange for the same title/model within 30 days of delivery.

If an identical replacement is not available, we will issue a store credit for the full purchase price.
Returns for Other Reasons

Returns for reasons other than defect (such as “changed mind” or “no longer wanted”) may be accepted within 30 days of delivery.

These returns are subject to a restocking fee, which may also include original and/or return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return

For defective items, please reply to your order confirmation email or contact us at sales@j2games.com with ORDER NUMBER, details and, if possible, a short video or photo showing the issue.

For other returns, log into your account, visit your Order History, and select the “Return” option at the top of the page.
Important Notes

Because we are a collectibles retailer, some Pre-Owned items may show normal cosmetic wear, but all products are tested for functionality before shipping. Cosmetic condition alone is not considered a defect. (you can refer to our conditions guide for details on what can be expected.)

In compliance with copyright law and licensing restrictions, digital content, game activation codes, and software keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered.

Controllers, consoles, and accessories must be returned with all included parts to qualify for a refund or credit.
