The Intellivision is a home video game console released by Mattel Electronics in 1979. Development of the console began in 1978, less than a year after the introduction of its main competitor, the Atari 2600. The name Intellivision is a portmanteau of "intelligent television". Over 3 million Intellivision units were sold and a total of 125 cartridges were released for the console.

In 2009, video game website IGN named the Intellivision the No. 14 greatest video game console of all time. It remained Mattel's only video game console until the release of the HyperScan in 2006.

Sea Battle:

Look through the periscope... aim at the ships, fire your torpedoes, then DIVE - DIVE! The chase is on! Featuring 5 skill levels to offer lots of challenge, and realistic sounds of battle to add excitement as you try to sink every ship in sight!

Las Vegas Poker & Blackjack:

Blackjack! Five Card Stud Poker! Seven Card Stud Poker! Five Card Draw Poker! You play against a shifty-eyed, computer-smart dealer. Fast playing, pretend stakes. Action direct from Las Vegas - a casino in a cartridge! You place a simulated bet and actually see cards dealt from a 52 card deck. Call... raise... bluff... stand pat... drop out... discard, and much more! Simulated sound effects such as dealer shuffling cards, coins paid out, and more!

Advanced Dungeons & Dragons:

Journey into a land of treasure, adventure and dark, dark danger. Lead a 3-man expedition through winding mountain caverns, in search of tools and arrows. Within the caverns, deadly monsters lie in wait. Slay the monsters, overcome the obstacles of a hostile land, and enter the legendary Cloudy Mountain. Burgertime:

As the burger chef, you're out to build delicious hamburgers. As you run through the colorful maze assembling the ingredients, nothing can stop you. Except menacing hot dogs and pickles that are out to ruin the meal! Bury them under beef patties, lettuce and buns. Or, knock them out with pepper. Build four burgers and you're on to the next level.

Donkey Kong:

Can you save Mario's girl from the clutches of Donkey Kong? Donkey Kong has kidnapped Mario's girlfriend Pauline and taken her to the top of a construction site. It's up to you to help Mario save Pauline before time runs out. But it won't be easy. Donkey Kong will do everything in his power to stop you. He'll throw barrel bombs, flaming fireballs and anything else he can get his hands on. So if you're looking for action, don't monkey around!

NASL Soccer:

Kicking, passing, scoring, stealing the ball-INTELLIVISION Soccer puts you on the playing field! Two teams compete for 90 thrill-packed minutes! (Simulated time.) Goalkeepers defend. Kickoffs, throw-ins & overtime, too!

Space Battle:

• Complete - Good* - item is complete and will include jewel case/box, artwork and manual and is Pre-Owned. Labels/Manuals/Boxes might show light to minor wear.
• Complete - Acceptable* - item is complete with original case/artwork, manual and game and is Pre-Owned. Item will show heavy wear from use.
• Game Only/Game System Only/Console Only/Accessory Only* - these items are Pre-Owned and not complete. These items will be game or system/accessory only and will not include original boxes, manuals or both.
