The Strixhaven: School of Mages Draft Booster Box contains 36 Strixhaven Draft Boosters (540 cards total), each with 15 Magic cards and 1 ad/token or Helper Card (for use with Double-Faced Cards).

Each Draft Booster Pack contains:

• 1 Mystical Archive card (Uncommon, Rare, or Mythic Rare)
• 1 Lesson card (Common, Rare, or Mythic Rare)
• 1 Rare or Mythic Rare
• 3 Uncommons
• 9 Commons

A traditional foil card of any rarity replaces a Common in 33% of Strixhaven Draft Boosters, and a traditional foil Mystical Archive Mythic Rare can be found in <1% of packs.

Founded centuries ago by five spellcasting dragons—Strixhaven is divided into five colleges that reflect their founder's magical specialty and distinctive personality.

Silverquill (Black/White): Stylish wordsmiths who master the magic of words, from inspiring battle poetry to biting arcane insults.

Prismari (Red/Blue): Artsy elementalists wielding fire and ice with spells that are spectacles of raw creativity.

Witherbloom (Green/Black): Witchy biologists who brew herbal concoctions to control the essence of life and death.

Lorehold (Red/White): Adventurous historians who bring the spirits of the past to life and call forth magic from ancient tomes.

Quandrix (Blue/Green): Quirky math magicians who study patterns and fractals to command and multiply the forces of nature.

One Mystical Archive Card in Every Pack

The Library of Strixhaven, also known as the Biblioplex, forms the center of Strixhaven University. Doorless, arch-shaped entrances welcome inquisitive minds into a library filled with impossibly-long hallways, archive chambers tall enough to have their own weather, and even pools and moat-passages that must be crossed by boat.

The most famous feature of Strixhaven's library is the Mystical Archive—a collection of spells from throughout space and time.

Every Strixhaven Draft Booster contains one card from the Mystical Archive—a sorcery or instant with striking art and a special showcase frame.

Learn While You Duel

Strixhaven introduces the learn mechanic, which allows you to either put a Lesson card you own into your hand from outside the game or discard a card to draw one.

Every Strixhaven Draft Booster Pack includes one Lesson card, so you can develop new skills and grow more powerful as you duel.

Practice Magecraft

Strixhaven also introduces cards with the magecraft mechanic. These cards give you special bonuses whenever you cast or copy an instant or sorcery spell, whether it's life gain or a +1/+1 counter.

A Note on Item Conditions when ordering from us!

When shopping any of our websites or in our stores, you will notice that we segment games, systems and accessories into condition categories.  We stock Brand New from Manufacturer, Brand New Sealed old stock, and Pre-Owned items:

• Brand New* - Brand New and/or Original Seal in original packaging and includes original components.  
• Complete - Very Good* - item is complete in box (CIB) with all original components and is Pre-Owned. It will include jewel case/box, artwork, instruction manuals and any included items where applicable. All items will show very little wear.
• Complete - Good* - item is complete and will include jewel case/box, artwork and manual and is Pre-Owned. Labels/Manuals/Boxes might show light to minor wear.
• Complete - Acceptable* - item is complete with original case/artwork, manual and game and is Pre-Owned. Item will show heavy wear from use.
• Game Only/Game System Only/Console Only/Accessory Only* - these items are Pre-Owned and not complete. These items will be game or system/accessory only and will not include original boxes, manuals or both. These items will show wear from use and might also have sticker or marker residue on them.  Unless listed otherwise, all consoles/systems include power cord, video cord, and controller.
• Ugly* - they might not be pretty but they work! We sometimes get items that show label damage, dents, deep scratches, cracks, etc. We're happy to offer these at a discount. If you just want to play a game, check the Ugly’s out and save a few bucks to boot! (items are Pre-Owned.)
