Wii Fit

The active-play phenomenon started by Wii Sports now spreads to your whole body thanks to a pressure-sensitive Wii balance board, which comes packed with Wii Fit. The board is used for an extensive array of fun and dynamic activities, including aerobics, yoga, muscle stretches and games. Many of these activities focus towards providing a "core" workout, a popular exercise method that emphasizes slower, controlled motions.

The Biggest Loser Challenge

One of the leading interactive health and fitness video games is back with The Biggest Loser Challenge. Players that are looking to lose a little weight, a lot of weight or maintain their current physique will now be able to enjoy more than 125 exercise moves in four different environments, including "The Biggest Loser" Ranch, "The Biggest Loser" Gym, "The Biggest Loser" Yoga Area, and "The Biggest Loser" Boxing Ring. The game's workouts include upper body, lower body, cardio, yoga, and cardio boxing, and will allow players to create a custom fitness program or choose from 10 pre-set fitness programs such as Belly Buster and Boot Camp. The Biggest Loser Challenge also features 50 all-new recipes from The Biggest Loser Cookbook; The Biggest Loser Resort, the best-selling book series; The Biggest Loser Club; and The Biggest Loser Protein by Designer Whey, to make the game an all-encompassing workout tool.

The Biggest Loser

You've seen the show. You know how intense the workouts can be. Well, guess what? Expect no less from your Wii experience. The game's diet and exercise programs incorporate all of the expertise of The Biggest Loser trainers and doctors, while taking full advantage of the Wii's technology. You'll do cardio, upper- and lower-body circuit routines, and yoga, monitoring your progress every step of the way. Set goals for yourself and compete with friends or family - or compete with yourself! It's up to you to decide how you can change your body and your life.

Gold's Gym: Cardio Workout

The world's leading authority on health and fitness makes its way to the Nintendo Wii in Gold's Gym: Cardio Workout.

Wii Fit Plus

Wii Fit attracted millions of new players to the world of video games, and now Wii Fit Plus offers a range of new features and enhancements, along with exercises and balance games designed to keep workouts fun. Players will find an additional dimension to the Wii Fit experience as they easily set their own customized daily workout routines or choose 20-, 30- or 40-minute workouts based on how much time they have available. Users will also be able to choose from specialized workout routines that help players strive toward specific objectives, like toning tummies, tightening arms or even reducing stress.
